Terms of Use – Team Captain's Leadership Academy Courses

By purchasing or accessing this course, you agree to the following terms:
  1. One Captain or Coach = One License
    This course is sold on a per-captain and coach basis. Each enrollment grants a single, non-transferable license for one individual captain or coach only.
  2. No Sharing of Logins or Content
    You may NOT:  
    • Share your login credentials (username/email and password) with anyone.  
    • Allow others (teammates, coaches, ADs, other captains, parents, or school staff) to use your account.  
    • Screen-share, record, or replay course videos, playbooks, PDFs, or any materials for a group, team meeting, practice, or school-wide presentation.  
    • Distribute, upload, or post course materials (in whole or part) to any platform, drive, group chat, or website.
    • These actions violate copyright and will result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
  3. Permitted Use
    You may:  
    • Access the course only for your personal use as the registered captain, coach, AD, or user.  
    • Download allowed resources (if any) strictly for your own use during the season.  
    • Apply the leadership principles and strategies with your team in your role as captain (this is encouraged!).
  4. Team or School-Wide Licenses
    If a coach or school wants every captain (or the whole team) to have legal access, separate multi-user or team licenses are available. A coach or school rep may not show the course videos to a group nor print the Leadership Team Playbook for anyone not currently enrolled in the course. Contact us at [email protected] for pricing.
  5. Consequences of Violation
    We actively monitor logins (multiple simultaneous logins, unusual IP locations, etc.). Unauthorized sharing or group viewing will result in:  
    • Immediate suspension or termination of the account.  
    • No refund.  
    • Invoicing for additional licenses at full price if multiple users were granted access.
  6. Intellectual Property
    All course content (videos, playbooks, worksheets, templates, etc.) is copyrighted by Jeff Janssen and is for your personal use only. You do not acquire ownership rights. You may not use any of the copyrighted materials in presentations or meetings with any individuals who are not currently enrolled in the course.
  7. Speakers and Consultants May Not Use the Copyrighted Course Content - speakers or consultants may not use the copyrighted concepts, materials, worksheets, or videos in any paid or free consulting or presentations with athletes, coaches, or clients.
  8. Refunds
    Refunds are available within 15 days of purchase only if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course. After that, all sales are final.
  9. Changes to Terms
    We may update these terms. Continued use of the course after changes means you accept the new terms.
